Join us as we transition from the heaviness of winter to the new beginnings of spring! Because we are part of Nature, we are impacted by the seasonal changes. Ignoring the change in seasons causes illness, stress, dis-ease, and degeneration. Honoring nature’s cycles cultivates renewed joy, purposeful living, improved health, and radiant longevity.
During this experience, we will:
* enjoy three fresh meals and two yoga sessions each day;
* apply the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to our modern-day lives during morning workshops;
* participate in an Ayurvedic cooking class; and
* celebrate the Spring equinox through rituals at a limestone sinkhole, a spring-fed river, and
a fireside ceremony.

Following the in-person retreat, you have the opportunity for continued virtual support! Once a month in April, May, and June, Michel and Bianca will hold space for our small group via Zoom. During this gathering you are invited to ask questions, as well as share your insights, successes, and even struggles, since our weekend at the Ayurvedic Health Retreat.

Bianca lives, works, and plays in Austin, Texas. She is a certified yoga instructor and spiritual director. A lifelong pilgrim, Bianca has also facilitated and co-led pilgrimages throughout the world, including Brazil, Europe, and the US. Her passions and hobbies are rooted in service, radical compassion, holistic health and wellness, spirituality, and care for people and the planet.
