In this live, virtual workshop, you will learn why you haven’t been able to change certain habits and how to finally transform day-to-day habits - and majorly improve your experience of life! In addition to sharing simple tools supported by the latest scientific research, Michel Le will guide you in beginning to implement the tools in real-time during the “Enhance Life” Workshop! 


According to leading Behavior Change Scientist, James Clear, “Your current behaviors are simply a reflection of your current identity. What you do now is a reflection of the type of person that you believe that you are (either consciously or subconsciously).” Those who gather for the workshop will have the opportunity to change their behavior for good by being guided & supported in believing new things about themselves. 


Participants will also gain knowledge and experience with: 

  • The 4 Laws of Behavior Change

  • The 5 Habit Triggers 

  • Architecting their Environments (kitchen, bedroom, car, office, etc)  

  • Kaizen, and

  • Keystone Habit


Leading up to the workshop, Michel Le will share tip sheets, success stories, and inspiration with the Ombrella email community specifically related to Enhancing Life.
